University Learning Institute (ULI) is a member of the cadre of Registered Education Providers established by Project Management Institute (PMI) to prepare project managers for certification. The REP logo above is displayed by members of that cadre. It signifies that TheCourse™ curriculum and materials have been reviewed by PMI and pre-approved. Project managers do not take a certification preparation course seriously if it is not accompanied by the REP logo. You can verify the status of the online course, which is renewed annually, on this PMI web site.
TheCourse is the primary project management certification course of US Government agencies and their contractors. TheCourse Online is the choice of universities and colleges throughout the United States. See www.TheCourse.us/online.
All students of TheCourse receive a license to download and use TheTest™. It is a test engine that installs on the students' own PCs and lets them take simulated certification examinations, or browse through 500 questions and answers with citations. Follow the link to learn more about TheTest.

The U.S. General Services Administration has sponsored a Certified Past Performance Evaluation (PPE) of University Learning Institute, conducted by Open Ratings. The certification is based on:
- Dun & Bradstreet record; Duns #140868840; are we solvent.
- Supplier performance ratings; do we pay our bills.
- Customer surveys; did our customers get what they paid for.
